This entails management of the service fund, human resource management including staff recruitment and training, resident’s services and welfare, facilities and risk management and OHS compliance. In addition, IMG’s role is to supervise and manage financial operations and oversee the performance of the operational fund. IMG provides advice and guidance to Palmyra to promote positive outcomes for the site, residents and staff by promoting and delivering best practice within the Retirement Living industry.
