Opened in 2002, Domainé Doncaster comprises 50 apartments and 100 villa units in suburban Melbourne, close to a major Westfield Shopping Centre. Domainé has been highly successful with the upper middle market and delivers an extensive range of ‘lifestyle’ services and facilities: Restaurant; lounges; bowling green; games room; library; computer facilities; hairdressing; medical consulting rooms; craft; workshop; spa and gym among others.

Scope of Work:

Consulting to the Village owner on a wide range of topics including operational management and market acceptance. We also provided the sales function for the Community: both new and resales under both strata title and lease arrangements. This included a complete revamp of the marketing program and sales approach.
