Cardinia Waters Village is much more than a place to live. It is a vibrant retirement village in Pakenham, southeast of Melbourne, which has been built to provide a relaxed and convenient lifestyle with access to both city and country lifestyles. The development of 333 homes was completed in 2014. The exceptional architecturally designed homes are surrounded by gardens and wetlands with a Community Clubhouse and championship bowling green located in the heart of the village. Scope of work:
IMG was appointed as the Owners Representative for Cardinia Waters Village by SPP1 (AMP Capital) effective from 6th of November 2015. IMG managed the marketing and sales responsibilities and processes and participated as permanent members in the Management Committee . By participating in the Committee of Management, IMG provided advice, guidance and input to the management of the village to promote positive outcomes for the village, residents and staff promoting that best practice and positive outcomes were delivered. In addition, IMG’s role was to supervise and oversee the performance of the operational fund, oversee and develop resident services and welfare initiatives promoting a culture of transparency, respect, security and community through interaction and dialogue with residents and staff along with the administering and reviewing risk management, develop and implement policies and procedures which fulfil the requirements of the Property Council of Australia.
The village was sold in August 2016.
