As founder of IMG, Susan used a wealth of general business and retirement village experience to create a specialist consulting business to service all aspects of the seniors living industry. Susan created the first true up-market, resort style retirement community in Australia which now has in excess of 500 residents.  This successful community is recognised as one of Australia’s premier retirement developments and has been showcased internationally for its innovation in service delivery.

Marisa’s extensive experience within the areas of the seniors living industry and residential construction ensures she has a comprehensive awareness of the challenges facing retirement village owners and residents. Marisa is responsible for the legal compliance and financial management of the service fee fund and the provision of specialist consultancy regarding village financial management including the definition of deferred income streams and creation of operational budgets. With a strong focus on compliance and budget performance, Marisa provides practical insightful expertise that is relevant to the client’s business.

With more than 30 years of management, sales and education experience, Chloe has proven abilities in all aspects of village management including operations, property management, development of policies and procedures, legislative compliance and training and an in-depth management know-how that gives her valuable insight into resident and staff needs. Chloe shares her experience as a past RVA endorsed trainer and consultant to the industry around the country. Previously Deputy Chair of the National Accreditation Committee, she has a particular interest in Senior Living Accreditation Schemes in Australia and internationally to guide best practice from initial design through development to operational management.
