John has had extensive experience in the retirement industry. Over ten years he has held senior positions at IOOF Community Villages, Retirement Services Australia, Anglican Aged Care and was General Manager-Retirement for the Gandel Group of companies.

Mark is a qualified management accountant, and has broad experience with international businesses and more recently with Australian retirement businesses and residential communities. His core strengths are in senior roles with business systems and process implementation, project management, combined with operational accounting and financial control.  

Susan Malone has had many years of experience in developing retirement product and communities. Susan was previously General Manager of the Becton Retirement Division, and has led teams in construction, systems management, sales, promotions and community development.
